Over 16,000 cases of a highly specialized and expensive spirit bottle manufactured in Germany were on hold for numerous cosmetic defects. An initial attempt to reselect the ware by a local crew in Kentucky yielded loss rates of over 30%. That was way too high. Clearware was called in to finish the reselection. A crew experienced in quality limits was sent to Kentucky and reselected the ware. The net result: 96% of the glass was deemed acceptable and shipped to the customer.

As the freshness date was quickly approaching on 2,500 cases of wine coolers, the reselection for black particles became a priority. Clearware assembled a qualified crew and dispatched them to Wisconsin where each and every bottle was candled to identify the black particles.
As well as ware on hold for black particles, 12,000 cases of the same product were on hold for leakers, our crew shook up each and every case and left them on their side overnight. In the morning the culprits were easily identified and removed.

shipped to Jamaica when the customer informed to bottle manufacturer

and just plain misshaped bottle which were falling below minimum
capacity. Several gauges were used for this effort. The reselected
inventory was loaded on a ship bound for Jamaica in August.

a promotional sachet containing a small amount of a new product
around the neck of an existing sauce bottle. The capability
to do this on line didn’t exist. Clearware was called

A
Midwest distillery was about to launch a brand new product,
but ran into a problem when they realized there was a typo
on the label. 10,000 750ml bottles were already beautifully
decorated with a blue organic spray with the labels applied.
Clearware was called in to remove both the front and back

the blue organic spray. It was extremely labor intensive,
but Clearware got the job done on deadline and the product
launched successfully.

edge issue was a concern, but did not become a priority until
it was learned that the product had an expiration date. A
representative from the glass container manufacturing company
was sent to Auburndale, FL and temporary employees were hired.
After about a week and a half of high turnover with the temps
and poor work being performed, someone decided to call Clearware.We
took over the entire project. The temps were eliminated and
replaced by Clearware's experienced and dependable crew. All
of the cavities in question were culled and the reselection
was completed four weeks ahead of schedule and the inventory
was no longer on hold.

company began to take glass inventory for their holiday wines.
Unfortunately their 50,000 case inventory of 1.5 liter wines
bottles had finish problems. Clearware was shipped the entire
inventory and removed line overs, split finishes, chipped
finishes, and overpresses. Afterwards the inventory ran smoothly
and the company was able to meet their holiday demands.
